“Michael is by far the best dogsitter we've ever had. Our Tamaskan Loki is very high energy and sometimes a little difficult, but Michael was amazing with him and came equipped with treats and even a mini hoover in case he came back from his walk a little mucky. He is clearly very experienced and understands dogs and their behaviour, so we knew Loki was in safe hands when we left. He even kindly stayed 2 hours longer to make sure Loki wasn't alone when we were on our way back. Michael's communication was excellent throughout and we came home to a very happy, very tired dog. Loki even cried when Michael left (which he only ever does with close family/friends that see him regularly!) We would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a trusted, reliable sitter. About: As a child, I wanted so desperately for a dog that I ended up paying for half of the family dog at the age of 9. He was a yorkipoo named Willie. He loved to lick and played with as much energy as a puppy until he passed a few years ago. I loved taking him on walks and just spending time with him in our home. There's a park near home that me and my family still call the Willie Park. Since then I have wanted a dog but haven't felt that its been the right time in my life. I therefore started caring for friends dogs. I spent many months walking and dog sitting my friends 6 month old German Shepard. Though I am relatively new to officially working as a dog walker, I have lots of experience with friends and family's dogs. I am currently working a very flexible part time job so with only a bit of notice, I am available almost anytime. Days, evenings, weekends, I'm yours! I love waking up early in the morning and immediately getting some fresh air and exercise in! It's better than coffee. I would take your dog for a lovely walk in a near-by park and ideally include some off-leash time. Throughout the day, I would do a combination of getting some work done on my laptop and relaxing and playing with your dog. I love to get to know new areas so I would bring your dog on a walk through the neighbourhood, maybe popping to a local coffee shop or resting in a local park. I also like to go for runs and would love to bring your dog along if he is up for the exercise! I love food and cooking so that is always an important part of my evening. Often I finish the day with a board game with my boyfriend or cozying up on the sofa with a cup of tea.
