“Lifesaver. Not only was our flight delayed for 2 days and Loretta was awesome and so understanding and flexible about it…but she had to evacuate with our dogs due to the recent fires/winds. She took care of our dogs like they were her own and updated us regularly. I can’t express how grateful I am. It was such a difficult situation and we didn’t have to worry at all about our dogs.
