I was so anxious to leave our dog with someone as she had never been boarded before, but Karen and Matt put us at ease, having us over for a meet and greet. Our dog looked like she was having a great time with Karen, with lots of cuddles and play time. Karen was extremely communicative and flexible, even when our flight was cancelled and we had to change our pickup time. We will definitely book with Karen again!”

They provided a lot of updates and pictures on how things were going, and made sure my dog was included in their bigger activities (adventures around greenlake, trips to the farmers marker, etc). Our dogs started to really warm up to each other on the last day, so it’s good to know my dog can have a friend when he stays with them. They managed some of my dogs ‘quirks’ really well and used positive reinforcement and some commands to refocus his attention. I’m so glad I found them on rover.”

“Philip was exceptional at watching our puppy Charlie. While we were gone, he’d send us pictures of Charlie, my kids loved seeing him while we were gone over two weeks. He took him on walks, played with him and let him lounge on his couch together. Very last minute I asked if Philip would be okay administrating medications to our dog that he needed and he was very flexible and had no issues doing so. Our go to guy for future needs. So grateful for honest and kind people like Philip who will treat your pet as their own family member. Charlie is the happiest I’ve ever seen him, truly.”
