“This was our first time boarding our dogs Hazel and Brie with Rover and I can’t speak highly enough of Thy! From the initial meet and greet to the drop-off and pick-up, Thy was super responsive and provided plenty of details and updates. My wife and I felt so reassured by Thy’s experience with reactive dogs and sincerely appreciated that she made sure to keep us posted with our dogs’ conditions during their stay. Since it was their first time being boarded in over 5 years, Hazel and Brie were understandably nervous and had stress-induced diarrhea a few times but Thy monitored and cleaned up after them with the utmost care. Our smaller dog Brie also took extra long to settle in and be comfortable but Thy was extremely patient and observant of when Brie needed space or not. As a recent new resident of the Northern VA area, I was hesitant to board my dogs for the longest time, especially since they are both very reactive, but I’m so glad we decided to move forward with Thy! As soon as I picked them up, I could immediately tell they were well-cared for and in good spirits. Thy was even kind enough to help me load up my car with Hazel and Brie’s beds and go-bag which I genuinely appreciated! If you’re looking for a kind, experienced, and communicative sitter, I highly recommend you go with Thy for all your boarding/sitting needs.
