We appreciated that Carmen made time for a meet and greet in her home prior to our trip to meet our pup and introduce him to her space. She goes above and beyond to make sure pets in her care have time to decompress and get comfortable. Max quickly warmed up to her, and we could enjoy our vacation knowing he was having a great time and being well cared for. Carmen sent pictures or videos everyday showing Max playing, relaxing, going for walks - living his best life! I know if we need a sitter again Max will greet her with a waggy tail. Overall 5 billion stars out of 5. I’ll never leave Ollie with anyone else ever again! They made him feel at home and eased my aching heart having to leave him behind for 9 days.
