About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. Since we lost him, we’ve wanted to continue helping/caring for dogs and can’t think of a better way then helping others with their fur animals. We know the working world doesn’t always accommodate balancing out caring for our fur friends and work and would love to help with that! Please chose us to care for your fur friends whether it’s a walk or a overnight stay in our home! We will treat them with the utmost love and care! We are available for stays and walks in our home from Thursday until Sunday night. We work from home Thursday and Fridays so can walk them whenever needed! We have a nice back yard but do not currently have a fence (at this time). We can walk the dogs in our backyard with a leash and or take them to nearby parks. We do have a dog bed and dog water/food bowels with plenty of space in our 2200 sq.ft home.

This was our first time with a service like Rover, and we were apprehensive about leaving our fur baby with a private family. We could see that Boo was comfortable with Gina when we dropped her off, and Gina kept us informed all along the way with texts and pictures. None of the places that we have boarded Boo before have given her the attention and affection she received from Gina and Brian. There is no doubt that we will be using them again - as well as highly recommend them.”

“Julia is excellent with animals! She has two of the most loved and spoiled dogs in history. These dogs are cared for extremely well. They eat well. They don’t just have generic food. She researched and found a healthy choice for them. They are taken on walks. If they are taking long walks, Julia has special water bottles that turn in to water bowls for them . She pays attention if the dogs are too hot or too cold. In extreme temperatures , she has special boots for them. She is very aware and caring when it comes to a pet’s needs. She will put your pet first and give them the best care possible!”

“Jeramiah has watched my dogs many different times and every time he does an amazing job. They love him just as much as he loves them. He always has them playing fetch or other fun activities. He does a great job with his dog Twix and loves her so much. He’s always doing something with them wether it’s outside throwing the ball or inside relaxing. “I used Margaret when I was up in New York to care for my dog Blu while we were away. She was absolutely wonderful. She came and met with us and the dog and Blu fell in love with her (as did we!). She was very meticulous about learning Blu's habits and behavior. She took the time to listen, watch and learn everything about our dog Blu. When we came back, Blu was attached to her. I would definitely highly recommend Margaret as a pet caretaker. I wish there were more people like her to care for our precious pets. She gets 10 stars in my book of recommendations!
