Provided clear understanding of what to expect while our dog was in their care. Took good care of our dog for 10 days. Sent frequent updates each day so we knew how our pup was doing. Other dogs in the house so our dog had plenty of playmates. Was flexible on pick up and drop off times. Overall a 5/5. Would recommend!”
