1. Shirley M.
“Shirley took care of our very nervous girl Luna for a week while we were away. Having met her before, I knew that Luna would be in a loving home and given lots of attention! I got daily updates and pictures, which I appreciated. She was so patient with Luna as she relaxed and got comfortable with her stay. We are very appreciative and definitely recommend this sweet lady to care for your dog.”

2. Sandra G.

“Sandra was the very best ever. They saved my bacon when my plans changed and really helped me out while I was travelling in the area. They were easy to interact with and replied very quickly to messages. Sent photos all the time. Checked with me when unable to open my dogs coconut oil to ensure the other brand would be ok. Took my doggo on walks and to the park. They gave me complete confidence and clearly cared for my pup. Would highly recommend them.”

3. Jasmine M.

“Jasmine was super accommodating and took in my cat on short notice. She had treats on hand and sent me updates and pictures throughout my cat’s stay. I would highly recommend entrusting her with your pet!”

4. Jennifer H.

“Jennifer and Andy wonderfully took care of my old “man”, he got lots of attention and walks. I know he enjoyed Jennifer’s home made treats!! They warned me ahead of time of the overload of pictures and videos they may send, and we loved every single one of them. I could enjoy my trip, knowing he was in the best hands possible!! Thanks Jennifer and Andy, y’all are the best!!”

5. Kassandra P.

“Kassandra took very good care of my Josie. She sent me messages and pictures to let me know how Josie was doing. I would definitely book with her again if I need someone to take care of my furbaby.”

6. Summer A.

“Summer took great care of Lemmy! We got regular photos, she did a great job with his meds, and she was very patient with us in our first time using Rover. Summer, her family, and her own pets were great to our temperamental little chihuahua. Can’t thank her enough!”

7. Andrew James H.

“I took my two dogs to Andie for 6 days and I never once was worried! They sent so many pictures and updates. We will only trust them to watch our dogs while out of town. We are so happy we found them!”

8. Jane B.

“I cannot say enough great things about Jane! She is wonderful!! She sent me pictures of my doggie Charlie every day while we were on vacation (at my request). She updated me on how she was doing and how she was adjusting. We were away from her for a week. This was very difficult as my Charlie has only ever stayed with a family member. Jane has a nice big fenced-in yard for Charlie to run and play in. I feel like she treated my doggie like her own by loving on her, playing with her, and even let Charlie sleep in her bed as we do at home. I’m so thankful for Jane!! We will definitely be using her again!! I wish I could give her 10 stars!!”

9. Tabitha D.

“She was amazing with my dog. He had the best time and she kept me up to date with pictures and how was doing each day. They were even very accommodating when I was running 30 minutes late as well. I would absolutely book with her again if she is available.”

10. Jenna G.
“Jenna is an amazing pet sitter. I have had her pet sit my animals about 10 times and every time she does great. She actually trained one of my puppies. When I came home he was potty trained! I recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter.”

11. Haley H.

“This was my first time using Rover and I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. I was a bit nervous leaving my dog with a stranger through an app I've never used before but Hailey was an exceptional sitter! She was very responsive to all my questions and regularly sent me pictures of how Ollie was doing. I would 100% recommend Hailey for anyone interested in using this service. She exceeded my expectations and I will use her again in the future!”

12. Edward C.
About: Everything short of cutting claws and milking glands. We'll go out a lot together if that's what you’re after or stay in and play “hide the treats in blankets.” Skittish and vivacious canines welcome. I squeeze about thirty hours of my day job into odd slots around caring for my human and high needs dog. While taking two dogs on leashes to Vesuvius is probably a tall order, Central Bark or the Flatwoods dog park are no problem at all. There are so many rugs in this house that I don't care about that if your dog has an accident it is absolutely nothing to me. There is a 1/6 acre of about ten oak and maple trees directly next door for frolicking and my neighbor with her spayed female cat and fixed three year old Shepherd girl to walk over to. If your dog needs a little cooling off, most dogs like cooler conditions, and the five dollar coin op dog wash in Flatwoods

13. Chelsea H.

“Chelsea was great! She came over and picked up and dropped off Mulder. She sent pictures and notes throughout the stay. We will definitely use her again!”

14. Courtney H.
About: I have been around dogs for as long as I can remember. For the past 6 and a half years, I have gained a wide base of experience working with dogs of all sizes and breeds. In 2019 I worked to train service dogs for those in need. From there, I went on to work at a local shelter where I maintained kennels, walked and played with the dogs, and even worked on training exercises with all of them. I successfully rehabilitated over a dozen dogs with major behavioral issues, including a rotty who went on to become a bomb detection dog! My love for dogs expanded to Vet-Med, where I have worked for over a year. I can perform CPR, properly and efficiently give medications, I can even bathe and do nail trims; but most importantly I can provide a fun and exciting environment for your pup - whether it’s dropping in to take them on an evening walk or keeping them while you enjoy your vacations! My main goal is to be flexible and convenient for YOU! I am between jobs at the moment, so my availability is open. I can board dogs week day or weekend, whichever you need. I can do house visits, drop-ins, and everything in between any day after 9am. If you need something earlier than that, message me and let’s work something out! I have a huge yard out in the country where your dog can get lots of exercise. I even have a long line in case your dog needs help staying close! I have a pup of my own, his name is Mr. Peanut and he’s a sweet, gentle old man. He loves other dogs, but doesn’t play much. He’d rather sit and watch his fellow friends play and he’ll be there to snuggle up with when it’s nap time. I also have 2 cats who are no stranger to dogs. They are a little shy at first, but when they come around they want all the puppy lovins!!

15. Kaleigh S.
About: I’ve taken care of a wide variety of animals and would be called many peoples go-to animal watcher when they go out of town! I also am training an ESA animal! I work full time, but I am always free in the evenings. If your dog can hangout alone while I’m at work then I will be perfect for you! I will follow all instructions from the owner and make sure they get updates on their furry friend! I will crate them when I leave the home if that’s what you want and will make sure they have pottied before I leave your home.

16. Brittany J.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I’ll make sure they’re happy, well cared for, and keep you updated with plenty of pictures to give you peace of mind! I’m currently staying home with my babies so I will have plenty of time to love yours! Don’t be afraid to ask about my schedule! I have a full fenced in yard. Two of my dogs are inside. One roams freely during the day with a doggy door to the outside fenced in yard. One is kenneled during the day. Both are kenneled at night. One is outside full time (unless it’s freezing cold and I have to force him inside). I also have one large kennel outside where my foster dog stays most of the time. All dogs are up to date on vaccines and receive monthly flea tick and heart guard meds. As for your home, I’m up for a meet and greet depending on what you need!

17. Hannah S.
About: I used to work as a nurse but I’m currently a stay at home momma! I've always had a passion in helping others, but my second passion in life is caring for animals! What better side gig than to help care for some lovely pets. I do have experience through my nephew with service dogs. I attended his two-week training to learn how to handle the dog and commands. I've always had pets, particularly cats and dogs, with a few fishy exceptions. I've been trusted by many friends and family members as the go-to person for pet sitting. You can depend on me to be reliable and caring with your fur babies! Fortunately I’m able to work with most schedules. I’m able to be very flexible with my routine thankfully!! We go with the flow over here! I have a fenced in yard, a garage & plenty of house space. We do have one dog and one cat currently! They are spoiled & very used to being around other animals!
