“This was our first time booking with rover and we were for sure nervous - but Edwin was FANTASTIC! I’m such a nervous dog mom and our pup, Cigar, got a little sick just before we left town. So we were extra worried we wouldn’t be able to find a place for her to stay for 10 days on such short notice. But after leaving Cig with Edwin and receiving updates about her settling in right away, we instantly felt like she was in good hands. He was thorough with her meds, asked questions when needed, and sent the perfect amount of updates. We know Cigar was being well loved and soaking up the attention and yard space! We were even a bit worried she would like his home more and not want to come back with us after her stay lol! Absolutely will be keeping Edwin in mind for our next trip.”

They are a sweet couple, their apartment is immaculate, & Abby seemed relaxed & happy when I picked her up. I was also happy that they only had one pet of their own, another little shih tzu like Abby. I appreciated the pictures of Abby they sent. I also liked that they had puppy supplies (play pen, pads, beds, etc). All in all it was a very good experience.”

“Absolutely the best Rover sitters I have ever had hands down. They took in my dog on a last minute notice due to an issue with another sitter and it was absolute serendipity that I was lucky to have such a caring and attentive family watch my pup. They sent pictures daily and were so great with my dog. Every time they sent a photo he was smiling, getting belly rubs, or on a walk! He was truly on vacation as well! I absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Patricia and Jason as sitters, I wish I had found them sooner. I live in North Austin and they are 100% worth the drive, I will absolutely use them again in the future should I need a sitter!”

“This is the 2nd time to stay with you. She has and I feel relaxed and it shows that our girl feels the same as we do. She makes our gentle giant very safe with her. She makes her feel like one of her own pets. Can’t ask for anything better than to know your pet is okay. I would recommend for her. With the same words. She might get booked more often ( I hope it is good for her but don’t want to me left out and can’t book with her). We couldn’t ask for more when you are off somewhere and know you pet is safe, loved, treated like they own them, LuLu comes home very calm and don’t show any signs that could show up. HECK NO she loves her like she is her own pet. She send pictures often so you can have your mind at ease while you are gone for however long it is. A couple pictures a day. Keeps you very informed on how she is doing. Her up on the couch or just laying g at your feet. I do not think I will book with anyone else. So if she isn’t available on those dates. I would change my plans to fit her schedule and not go find someone else to keep her. Only reason would be a issue that I could not change date. I would do my very best to change them so she could watch lulu again. Thank you for keeping her and making her welcome and safe. We couldn’t ask for anything more.
