We would get daily updates from Tia on how are dog (Kevin) was doing, daily pictures of him and being able to communicate with her if any problems (which there wasn’t) she was only a message away. It Made us feel very comfortable and safe about leaving Kevin with her which made our holiday a lot more enjoyable and worry free! From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about looking after dogs. Knowing our dog would receive individual attention rather than being in a group setting made a huge difference to us.
