It was a last minute request and Emily was very accommodating from adjusting the times we needed to pickup and drop off. She kept him active with walks, playing outside, and getting to interact with other dogs. She sent multiple updates including pictures and videos which eased my mind with our dog being in a new environment. Everest came home happy, well loved, and worn out. Emily treated him like her own.
