“What can I say!!!!! What an INCREDIBLE experience!!! This was our first time using Rover and we were so lucky to have found Tracey! An incredible woman with a loving family and an amazing way with our furbabies! This was our biggest concern, our dogs are like family to us, they live, sleep, eat, inside the house. They are used to apartment life although we recently moved into a large house with a yard and after only being here for a few months we leave for a planned vacation, I know they were probably thinking... WTH!!! Tracey quickly remedied any concerns we may have had, our two large dogs seemed to fit right in with her crew. Ranger is pretty easy going for an old man, but we often refer to Roxie as "Anxious Agnes" her anxiety levels are through the roof sometimes. They both seemed to adjust to Tracey and her home like they had lived there forever! While onboard the ship we received updates and pictures when possible and when we arrived back home, I'm not sure they wanted to leave! LOL Thank you so much Tracey for inviting us into your home and including our family as part of yours! I'm sure this is only the first of many vacations these two troublemakers will get to look forward to spending with you and yours!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

She sent me pictures and videos daily and reassured me they would be ok. One of my dogs is an Alfa female so I was worried that she would not be nice to the other dogs. Namita took the time to care for her and make sure all the dogs would get along. I was so happy and would refer her to anyone who needs someone to watch their dog. Little or big.”

“As a first time Rover customer, I was so nervous about leaving Conor with anyone other than the 3 people who have ever watched any of my dogs. Lisa was calm and very kind, with her 4 years of Rover experience and countless dogs that have stayed at her home being of comfort to me. I received regular updates of photos so I knew he was quite content at her home. She was also very flexible on my quick turnaround request, and slightly unpredictable return schedule, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Conor said he had a great time with Lisa and even got to meet her boyfriend and also a puppy during his stay! A bonus is that Lisa makes and uses her own candles, which means Conor came back smelling really good.”

“Our 13 YO golden spent 12 happy day with Brent and Cela. They invited us to bring over our dog over a few days earlier for a meet and greet where she felt right at home. We received daily photos and found them to be very quick and proactive communicators in spite of our time zone differences. While we were initially unsure about our return date, they were very flexible on timing and gave her tons of love and attention.
