“Nella is a very good 'Caregiver' & welcomed my dog/Bella w/open arms. Bella loved playing w/Her dog & running around endlessly outside. Nellas' property is in a rural community just N of Springfield proper & appeared to be relaxing when dropping Bella off. Nella was attentive & gave me regular text updates re: eating habits & activity level during Bellas' stay. I appreciated that & was able to enjoy my Trip bc of Her open communication. I will definitely contact Nella in the future, when I go out of town/state ~”

About: I have three sweet dogs of my own that are treated like part of our family. I have babysat friends and family members pets whenever they have been away! I would love to get to know your pet. I am at home full time with the exception of daily pick ups and drop offs from school for my kids. I spend all day with my dogs playing, walking, being outside, or going for a treat! I have three friendly dogs (small, medium, and large) to keep your dog company. I have a fenced yard and tons of toys. I have a crate and a small “bedroom” for our dogs as well. We have a finished basement with a baby gate for them to run free when I am not in the home!

“We have one easy dog (though not too easy because he is still a puppy and not fully potty trained) and a challenging 5 year old maltese that doesn't trust easily. Leaving him has always been a challenge. We've never felt so comfortable being gone from him as when Lael had him. I don't mind being away from him but I worry about him being trouble for the person keeping him. He wasn't an easy keep for her but she was so open to letting him warm up and adjust to her. By the last couple days he was snuggling on her lap and following her around like he does with me. She also was great with our puppy and continuing his potty training. He in particular loved running in her big, fenced yard with her dogs and having access to a doggy door. While we were gone she sent videos and pictures and gave us regular updates. What a great experience for us and our fur babies. Thank you Lael.”
