“This is our second time booking with Ashley. This time we had a second puppy. She is so great with communication and pictures. Ashley and her family truly seem to enjoy caring for dogs and it’s a great feeling to know that they are so well cared for while we are gone. The outdoor fenced in yard is a huge plus and the dogs get tons of play time. Her dogs are sweet and playful and our pups came home worn out from all the fun they had. She’s great with setting routines and somehow got our 4 month old puppy that was not quite housebroken through 4 days with zero accidents. Definitely recommend.”

“After our dog boarding situation fell through for the week of Christmas, I stumbled upon Matthew and Christie (and their kids) on Rover. Not only were they able to accommodate our last minute reservation, but they were incredibly flexible when a million things went wrong on the tail end of our trip causing delay after delay. All that was awesome, but mostly it was their care and love for our dog (who’s truly the baby of our family and we are all just head over heels for) that was apparent and left us feeling completely at ease. “Maypud is excellent! Our trip was very difficult, and we had unexpected delays with changes in pick up time to be very late at night and even changes to our location for her to drop off. Throughout the all of these challenges and changes, Maypud was lovely, communicated frequently, gave great care to our dog, so courteous and flexible. Honestly she was the best part of our difficult trip. I would 100% recommend her and use her again next time we are in Syracuse.”

We were very happy to know that Max got some play time with her dogs and other rover visitors he loved that. He was even sad this morning looking for other dogs when we got home. She was very kind and understanding. She even left a thank you note and a cute note from max to his parents. We will drfinately be using her again if we go out Of town.
