“Wow! Nicole is amazing! This is our first time using Rover and it was a great experience from start to finish. We have an upcoming weeklong trip in June and needed a dog sitter for our two fur babies. We decided to try a one day service to see how things would go. Nicole was so responsive and fast in her communication. She even even let us stop by with our dogs to meet her before the day of the service. We felt immediately comfortable with her and could tell that our dogs liked her and her kids as well. Her house has plenty of room for the dogs to play. We dropped off our dogs in the early morning, and we could tell that our dogs were excited to go in. I sent her a message to say that we forgot the dog beds and she let us know not to worry and that she had beds for them to use. Within the hour, we received multiple pictures of our dogs having fun. Throughout the day, Nicole sent videos of them on a walk, eating snacks, and playing fetch with her kids. We also received many pictures throughout the day, even of them taking a nap! My family looked forward to these updates each time and they really put our mind at ease. It was raining when we were ready to pick up our dogs. Nicole kindly offered for us to pull into the garage so they would not get wet. I I’m happy to say that we have found our go to dog sitter. We will not hesitate to use Nicole again for our next trip.
