“Louise has been absolutely amazing! It was the first time leaving our 7mth old puppy Lottie and so we were really worried and had terrible guilt for going away for a few nights! Louise was so welcoming when we arrived and Lottie made herself at home right away! We left feeling reassured and had our first updates within an hour of leaving. Lottie was happy and settled and having a great time getting to know Malfy! Louise kept us updated regularly throughout each day, we loved the photos and being able to see what Lottie had been up to. She was so well cared for and was very spoilt with a heated blanket!
