“Susan cared for my sweet 20-month old pup when I had to be out of town for 4-days. It was so hard to leave him because he has had had some not-fully diagnosed health issues, with symptoms like low appetite and paw-licking, and in addition, we’ve never been apart before. So I think my dog and I both had some anxiety about being apart. Susan listened carefully to my concerns and was patient and understanding. She took great care of my pup while he was in her care. She took him out to play in her beautiful backyard - weather permitting. She cuddled with him on the sofa and paid lots of attention to him. She sent me some great photos of him, too, which reassured me that he was in good hands. She was responsive to my text messages and calls as well. I am so thankful that I found Susan to care for my pup while i had to be away!”
