“Maggie the beagle did a "test run" day visit prior to an extended stay to ensure that she was a good fit for Tatyana's household and vice versa. The visit went well, with Maggie receiving love and snuggles from a caregiver who's doing this for all the right reasons. Tatyana truly loves dogs and is sensitive to the environment she creates in her home, wanting it to feel like home for her visiting guests. This is thankfully balanced with expectations so that Maggie will know how to be a good guest in Tatyana's home. Tatyana's own senior golden, Biscuit, is a wonderful addition to the household and Maggie seemed to enjoy his low-key, but very welcoming camaraderie. Additionally, Tatyana's level of organization and professionalism gives me added confidence that Maggie will be well cared for, and the texts and photos sent throughout the visit were wonderful! It was great to see that Maggie was enjoying her time with Tatyana and Biscuit.”

From our initial meet, drop off and pick up, I experienced such a loving environment and felt Toby was very much welcomed, cared for and had fun running with Pam's little fur babies. Pam's dogs and two cats are very social and adorable. Pam let him sleep in her bed at night knowing he does same at home. Toby returned home very relaxed and showed no signs of being stressed. “Dan and Kelly were amazing with our two dogs!! This is our first time using Rover and also our first time leaving our pups with someone who wasn’t our family, they are 8 & 9. Though we were fairly short notice, Dan helped walk us through the Rover process, allowed us to do a meet and greet ahead of time, and was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Not knowing how our dogs would do as a first time away from us with non-family, there was a lot of anxiety on our side and it all was put to rest with videos and pictures of our pups having a great time there! There’s no doubt our dogs have some quirks but Dan and Kelly took amazing care of them and made them/us feel very welcome! Their house is very pet friendly with the toys, beds, and large fenced in backyard. So grateful to have found them, and strongly recommend them for your furry family members!”

About: I’ve had pets all my life, with experience caring for dogs of many different sizes and breeds. While taking care of your pet I will make them feel at home, maintain their routine with them and give plenty of attention. Pet care is vital in my house. With 3 animals to take care of, I have daily routines set in place in order to ensure my pets are well taken care of. We have a fenced in yard and space to run around, and a quiet, no-outlet neighborhood with no drive-thru traffic for walks. There is a dog bed for sleeping and a crate if needed.

About: I had a dog growing up who was truly my baby, and losing him in my early twenties was incredibly hard. Since then, I’ve gotten married and now have the joy of raising two amazing boys, ages 7 and 9. As a family, we love any chance to dog sit—it gives us the joy of spending time with a furry friend while we wait for the right moment to bring one of our own into our lives. We currently can only care for dogs that do not shed. I currently work remotely from home and my husband works from home 3 days per week. If I leave the house, it’s often not for much longer than 4-5 hours at a time. We have a big backyard and live off of a street provided trail. We have many friendly dogs in the neighborhood that love to make new friends and will always be mindful of taking them outside on a leash to go potty (or whatever is preferred)
