“Lisa was amazing! I had to board Freud for Christmas Eve & Christmas morning due to a family member dog allergy. She did a meet and greet prior to boarding to get to know Freud and his routines. She treated him like her own. Great photos, really clear communication. Was also accommodating to my random check in messages. She even put his Christmas sweater on and sent me photos of him in front of a Christmas tree. He was so happy and tired he fell asleep in the way home. Would 100% recommend her.”
