“This was our first time boarding with Sue, but hopefully not our last! She was very communicative throughout, and accommodating when we had to switch our pick up time. She sent multiple updates and pics/videos while he was with her. Our normally anxious dog felt at ease right away and even survived a thunderstorm while there. He normally won’t eat at first when he is away from home but he ate his dinner the first evening there and throughout the weekend. Would definitely rebook with Sue!”
