“There are not enough kind things I can say about Jackie, she took incredible care of my fur baby. My mom unexpectedly passed away and I needed to leave town on very short notice for a week. I had never used Rover before or boarded her for more than one night in the 10 years I’ve had her. I had extreme anxiety about leaving her with someone else, especially during such a vulnerable time. Jackie took the best care of her, and when I say best, I truly mean the best! Nala also has anxiety when away from me and in only one day being away I was getting pictures of her with a huge smile on her face! Jackie and her family treated Nala like she was apart of their family, and gave her lots of cuddle time too 🥰. They knew she was anxious too and did everything they could to make her comfortable. Jackie constantly stayed in contact with me with messages on how she was doing and lots of photos and videos. In 10 years, Jackie was the first person I trusted with my baby and I’m so happy I did. It allowed me to take the time I needed and gave me the piece of mind knowing my baby was being cared for as best as possible. I feel so grateful to have found her, I never would have been able to get out of town if I hadn’t. I couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking for someone who takes just as good of care of your fur baby as you do ❤️.”

She asked questions if she had them and even nursed one back to health after a torn toenail. Michelle sent multiple pictures daily and always sent a recap of the previous night.
