From our first communication, I felt a sense of calm and professionalism and she didn’t disappoint. When we dropped him off I knew he was in good hands. We received daily updates with photos. He really had a great time. She also gave us some great insight on ways to help Kano’s growth and development (boundaries). He’s a puppy and has never been around anyone except my family. “I cannot express my gratitude for Kelly, adequately!! I would absolutely book with her and her family a million times over! She was very accommodating and patient from start to finish! My family and I were away for 6 days, and unfortunately, KoKo started exhibiting signs of illness on day 2 into day 3! Kelly alerted me immediately but had already made calls and received pet Med advice and comforted me as well as informed me of diagnosis! She never pressured me to return and even prepared special meals for my KoKo to ease his discomfort!!!! Turns out that he had a horrible case of separation anxiety that was literally making him sick. But Kelly and her family acted quickly and within 36 hours, helped KoKo settle and return to his normal playful healthy state! I told Kelly and I will tell the world… she’s not just a sitter… she’s a BLESSING for people that love their fur babies and want the best home away from home for them! “Danielle was an absolute lifesaver for us! My senior dog has anxiety, and has never stayed with a non-family member, so leaving her for 5 days was initially a bit daunting. However, Danielle was incredibly patient and understanding, and her calm demeanor really helped my pup settle in. Daily text updates and photos provided peace of mind. The photos clearly showed that she was comfortable and captured adorable moments of her relaxing. It was evident how well my dog was cared for. I've used Jessie B on three occasions and couldn't have been happier, because when I got back my fur baby was in such a good mood, and spent a day looking for her after she left. Caution! Treats and snuggles are in no short supply around Jessie B!”

“Auburn was absolutely the best possible person we could have found to care for my mom's dog. She was kind, flexible, understanding, and totally amazing. My mom had to accompany her partner to an out of town medical facility, immediately after he received a surprise terminal diagnosis. She was very worried about her dog. Auburn picked Ginger up, took great care of her, sent regular pictures and updates, and dropped Ginger off after my mom got home, late at night. She was beyond accommodating and I would recommend her to anyone. If we ever have another need for service, we hope and pray Auburn will be available.”

“Alanis was the BEST! Our three Bernedoodles can be a handful but she did great with them and they appeared just as happy as if they were home! She treated them as if they were her dogs!
