We had a called before the initial meet and greet and I felt very informative about her pets and I gave them my information on Luna which helped us understand more about all the pets that she was accompanying. “This was Bella’s first time to be boarded and her first time with other dogs. Kathy was amazing. She babied Bella, giving her lots of attention and love. She sent photos that showed Bella adapting to her surroundings. When I picked Bella up and she was in the car, she was more interested in giving Kathy kisses than saying hello to me. Great experience for Bella. I will use Kathy the next time we go out of town.”

We thought about boarding her but no one would take her because of her breed and how she has slight dog aggression. “Berniceaa did a FANTASTIC job with my Ginger. She put my mind at ease in the mist of not only this being the first time that my pup has been boarded but also since the weekend was so busy. I felt comfortable knowing that Ginger especially being so small had no issues with any other dogs as well as she got used to being around them. Berniceaa also was super sweet to have a Christmas present and even gave Ginger a bath before I picked her up. “Carmen was the perfect host - flexible, responsive, and attentive to the needs of my pups. She would even occasionally provide us with pics throughout their time with her. Both, Jordyn & Essence, were seemingly well taken care of during their stay. Being that Jordyn is a 70lb bully breed and Essence is a 12lb yorkie-poo, she was able to tend to their individual needs and vast differences without issue. Carmen is #1 on our list for rebooking and she is highly recommended.”
