She walked Leo three times, took the time for a meet-and-greet beforehand, and was so patient with him—she even sat with him for a long time until he warmed up to her (and he absolutely adored her!). “My first time using Rover. So glad it was Nava who responded. She was an absolute gem taking care of my 5 little monsters. My one cat is an absolute coward and normally whoever comes in only sees maybe 2 or 3 of the 5. Definitely not my Gilbert. He hides. Nava had 4 of the 5 cats out to see her and say hello and she even got a picture of Gilbert at the very edge of underneath the bed, so even he was checking her out!
