About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 16. I had an indoor cat that was my responsibility until she passed when I was 18. Since then, I have adopted two cats of my own (named mochi [5] and miso [2]). I have taken care of them each since they were six years old and gone through some pretty scary health complications with each (meaning I know how vital administering medications are and how stressful it can be to have a sick baby). I also know the joys (and pitfalls) of having indoor cats and the lovely smell and messes they love to make for us. I am surprisingly passionate about making my apartment indistinguishable from a non-cat owner’s place and I would love to do the same for you. My friends sometimes say I’m a crazy cat lady, but my favorite thing about cats is that you have to earn their trust. They have very strong personalities but they are snuggle-buddies too (when they want to be at least). Needless to say, I understand cats, and I want you to know that your babies would be in comfortable and caring hands with me!

About: Apart from caring for my own family's dogs over the years, I helped with my friend's parents dog sitting service in high school. I volunteered with a cat rescue in Greenville, SC for 3 years before moving back to my hometown. My mom calls me her "resident vet", and calls on me for baths, nail trimmings, and care any time her dog has an upset stomach or injury. I admittedly will talk to your pet like they are a human child, and will very well come up with a song about them during their care. I am trustworthy, dependable, (goofy) and committed to giving your pet the best care possible. I look forward to helping make sure your pet is well cared for while you are away! I currently work from home Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm, and would only be available to provide overnight pet sitting services if I have WiFi and a space to work available in your home! I will not be caring for pets in my home, but I will be respectful and tidy in your home. Each walk and visit will come with a paper log of when your pet ate, how our walk(s) went, and any notable concerns or praise!
