Judy was accommodating with my schedule so we could do a meet-and-greet to make sure both Juliet (my dog) and Judy were comfortable with each other. By the end of the meet-and-greet, Juliet was resting her head in Judy’s hand. I almost cried (this is HUGE)! Judy sent lots of pics and had great communication. I had no reservations about my dog (who is my baby) being in good hands! It was my first time using Rover, and Judy was very patient with all my questions. I will DEFINITELY be rebooking!!
