About: I have been taking care of dogs and animals since i was a child. At just 11 years old, I got my very own dog and have taken care of her by myself for the past 5 years. I trained her as a puppy to be potty trained, be obedient, and to do over a dozen tricks. I have also dog sat for friends and neighbors numerous amounts of times, and have enjoyed every one of them :) I am currently enrolled in online courses for school and have the ability to create my own schedule based on when your fur baby needs assistance. I have a very flexible schedule and can be available any time of the day. I will follow a strict schedule for your pup if needed. This will include providing food and water, regular exercise, playtime, and ensuring a safe environment surrounding your baby. I can take them on long walks and can handle a strong dog on a leash.

“I was so apprehensive leaving my animals considering this was the first time in their 7 years of existence. We never took vacations because I was afraid to leave my dogs at home without me to take care of them. I didn't know how they would act because they aren't used to strangers coming in the house. Having a 100 lbs German Shepherd that also has seizures can present some problems. I was worried I wouldn't find someone that would care for him like myself or that wouldn't be afraid of his appearance. Marisa was great! She clicked with my animals right away. About: I have worked with all sorts of animals since I was born! I have provided services such as: grooming, overnight stays, in and out feeding/potty, etc.. I also have worked with senior dogs and puppies, as I have had 7 dogs of my own and 15+ fostered/co-watched! Currently I am in college at SELU. I have classes from 11am to 3pm on Monday and Wednesdays. 11am-5pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. I also work part-time at another place Thursday-Sunday, however, I am usually not there all of those days! I can easily offer afternoon, morning, night, and overnight care if needed! For Thursday-Sunday however, I may need a weeks early notice. I usually take care of pets by first getting to know them, their habits, and their personality to ensure a good relationship with them! Trust is a very important factor in animal care, so that always comes first. Other than that, I will usually base my care on your pet and their needs. For example, if your pet is more affectionate/dependent, I will be around them as much as I can to ensure a happy time for them. However, if said dependancy was a problem, I can also work with your pet to try and reduce that dependency through training/ finding out what they may need to fix that! That also works vise-versa!
