He really went over and above to make sure Boomer and our home was looked after, which we appreciated immensely. We will definitely be booking again.”

“Sofia was great to work with. She looked after our two cats while we were away for a week. She replied to messages promptly and sent lots of great photos and videos of our kitties. We hadn’t used Rover before, so weren’t sure what to expect, but we really liked getting updates when the visits started and ended. Sofia was also great with our cat who has diabetes. She had no issues with giving insulin. Both cats were happy and well looked after when we got home. We would definitely book with Sofia again.”

She was at her door when we reached her place, we didn't have to knock! She gave both my cats her spare room because they were timid and wanted to keep them comfortable. She sent us pictures mid day to keep us posted on how they were doing and when we went to pick them up in the evening she had managed to get them back into their carriers and was at her door again for us! She was awesome!”

“Caitlyn looked after our 10-year-old, mixed-breed female dog for two weeks in August 2024. We also have a cat and an amphibian in our house. Caitlyn stayed in our house during this time. We knew our dog would be alone during the day while Caitlyn worked, and anytime she had other commitments, but it was so helpful for us to know our pets had someone staying with them through the night. Caitlyn provided wonderful, loving daily care for our beloved old girl. She was attentive to our dog's feeding schedule and walked or played fetch with her daily. She also checked in with us to see if we were okay with her taking our dog to the dog park - we thought that was a great idea as she is a very social dog. Caitlyn reached out over text several times to let us know how things were going and was responsive to us if we texted her. Our home and pets were in great condition when we returned thanks to Caitlyn. We found her to be a trustworthy, reliable and responsive pet and house sitter.”

Most telling for us, Molly is always keen to get inside when she recognizes that we're headed into Keely's place!”
