About: I LOVE animals. I have fostered over 10 cats and dogs with various health concerns so I am happy to take care of any animals with a variety of needs. I am unable to have dogs at my current place but need a little dog cuddle to brighten my day. I am working part time in downtown Troy and have a flexible schedule so I am able to accommodate fairly easily within reason. I am happy to work with you to come up with a routine schedule for you and your pet! I am unable to have pets at my current place so all pet care must be done within the clients home. I am willing to do anything that is needed for the pet(feeding, walking, medications, bathing, etc). I have experience with temperamental large dogs but would require history about the animal in order to help best care for them. I believe in positive reinforcement training and can incorporate this into the pet care if interested. All in all I will treat your pet just like my own!

About: (I will be moving to East Sparta area in early May!) I've had dogs growing up, five of them being German shepherds and the other four being a lab and two mutts and a dachshund. We currently have two German shepherds and I walk them a ton and I spend a lot of time taking care of them, and then we have a dachshund who I just rescued from the place I work at. The place I work does dog boarding/daycare/training. I am a kennel tech so I just take care of all the boarding and daycare doggies. And on the weekends I also take care of all the training dogs when/if the trainers are away. I have worked there for a year and absolutely love it. I have had to deal with so many different dogs and their personalities and I've definitely learned to have a ton of patience with the job. I have been working in general since I was 14. I started at some neighbouring farms, doing farm work so I could ride their horses and earn some money. I then did a couple restaurant jobs and then found the place I currently work at. I have done dog sitting and cat sitting before many times, sometimes for family or friends of family who I don't know but I am happy to help out. The most I have dealt with at one time was seven dogs in total. I have watched people's dogs get trained while at work and I have been trained to use an e-collar and a prong collar so I am able to use those correctly! I really love my job, it means a lot to me I get to be in that environment and I'm depended on to keep them all safe and happy. I have a lot of time on my hands. I just have two classes a day during the week so they won't really be in the way of being there for your pets. And I am currently on break from work due to school At home I spend time walking the dogs mostly and hanging around the house with them. Every client I feel is different in how things are done at their home, so however you take care of your pets I'll follow

About: I have fostered cats and dogs since 2016 and have always had dogs growing up. I am in training to become a licensed veterinary technician. I have worked in veterinary practices since 2018. I have a lot of experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, and farm animals. I am currently a full time student as well as working in a veterinary clinic. I have availability throughout most days as well as afternoons and weekends. My pets are my first priority in my own home and your pets will be my first priority in your home as well. About: i’ve grown up with and cared for small/medium sized pets, so i have experience with walking and caring for dogs! i’m not grossed out with picking up poop either [: on the side i dog sit, cat sit, and baby sit for family and friends. one of the families i help out with has 3 dogs (one is special needs), 3 cats, and 4 kids. i’m a full-time student and work part-time, however weekday mornings/early afternoon + early weekends are a great time for me to spend time with your puppos! my dogs are kept in a fenced in area as well as indoors with their daily necessities of food and water. i often keep good track of where my dog is as well [: i take my pets out for walks daily! they are both short haired pets as well.

About: I fell in love with animals at a young age when I bonded tightly with the old family cat at the time and was devastated when she passed. A few years later I got a cat I could call my own, who is a little more aloof but just as lovey when he wants to be. We also have a mini chihuahua who recently has claimed me as his "hooman" and who I love to play and roughhouse with. I have also been gaining a lot of care experience with the TCHS, where I volunteer at most weekends, which has been teaching me a lot about different animal personalities and the best way to care for the animals present there. I am sitting because I truly love animals and prefer earning money for college and drum corps doing something I love. I work part time at an office job from 9-3:30 on Mon-Thurs, so those hours are set in stone. When I can, I volunteer at TCHS from 10-4 Fri-Sun, but I can certainly petsit during those times if need be. I can even petsit on weeknights and evenings after my office job. I will not accept pet dropoffs at my house since we have two other pets there already, and I'm certain that my family would not be pleased if I brought over another animal. I would do most of anything you would ask me to do to care for your pet. I'm not so experienced on giving medication, orally or intravenously, but I would be willing to learn to keep you worry-free. How I play and stimulate your pet depends largely on your pet's personality and preferences. My cat mainly loves to lay around and cuddle, but also loves to play fetch with yellow NERF dart balls! And the chihuahua loves to rough house play, so I constantly adapt to their wants and preferences. I have a more relaxed and chilled personality so if your pets don't like too much movement or rambunctiousness, then we'll get along together perfectly! I like to give cats and dogs a break from louder, more energetic folks and be a safe, calm haven for them.
