Starla was amazing, she did better than we had hoped and although we still worried about our animals every second of our trip, we felt immensely better knowing Starla was there looking out for them. She was great at communicating with us before our booking and got to meet everyone and helped us come up with a plan and then during our trip she always sent multiple photos of everyone and we always looked forward to reading the Rover Cards after each visit.
