“If I could give her more stars I would! Nicole went above and beyond taking care of my kitty and I really felt like she was treating her as she was her own cat. It was my first time using Rover (or any pet sitter) so I was a little nervous signing up and having someone come into my home for a week to check up on my pet but after using her all those fears were laid to rest. She was prompt, reliable and *very* communicative, sending photos of Sylvia every day and always giving me a full report on her mood that day, how she was eating and even monitoring her poop/pee so I knew if she was healthy. She not only performed the basic tasks like feeding and water but also spent time playing with my cat and making sure she got some attention while I was away. Beyond this she actually expanded my knowledge of cats and their needs (I'm a first time cat owner). I also had an instance of unplanned (human) visitors being in my house while I was away and Nicole called right away to let me know and make sure they were allowed. Way beyond her responsibilities to say the least.
