“Lana is absolutely amazing!! I contacted her to do twice daily check-ins on our 3 cats while we were away on a European trip for over 2 weeks. She promptly responded and we arranged a time to meet prior to leaving for the trip. I could tell immediately that she would be a good fit for our family; we have 2 elderly cats and one young one and all can be a little nervous around strangers. They all came right up to her and wanted to meet her, which does not normally happen. Our 16 year old cat has a special kidney diet, our 13 year old has Diabetes requiring a different special diet and twice daily injections spaced 12 hours apart and our little 5 year old guy has his own diet separate from the other two! Lana was completely confident in managing all of their different needs and was always on time to administer our cat’s insulin and did so in such a caring, loving way. She even hand fed him to make sure he was eating enough so his blood sugar levels were regulated. She kept their eating area clean and washed their dishes, refreshed their water bowls and cleaned the litter box. She went above and beyond by assisting us with maintaining our pool water and chemical levels, watering our plants and bringing in our mail. We are a tight knit little family and more than anything our kitties just needed love, attention and special care while we were away. We received many photos, videos, voice messages and texts from Lana with every visit and it was so much easier to enjoy our time away knowing our babies were in such good hands. I will absolutely contact Lana again for future petsitting needs and refer her to anyone in need of an attentive and loving sitter for their animals. Thank you, Lana!!”

She was there everyday and sent a daily update with pictures, two of my three babies were in love with her from day one. I have a less than outgoing baby and Sarah only saw her from a distance but she always had eyes on her and made sure to let me know she was ok.
