About: Hey! My name is Sophie! I am a recent UGA grad (Go Dawgs!) My dream is to become a veterinarian and I recently moved to the area for an internship on a horse farm. Prior to this, I was a vet assistant/tech for 3 years. In addition, I raised service dogs for the Guide Dog Foundation. I have experience with every life stage of dogs from potty training to hospice care along with extensive training in dog behavior and training. About: I have taken care of my personal dogs including 3 Labrador Retrievers and 1 Shih Tzu mix. I have also taken care of neighbor and friends dogs including letting them out in a yard, feeding them and making sure they have water, house sitting, and taking them on walks. I am currently in school 3 days a week but am not gone for more than 6 hours at a time. I can make my work schedule around bookings. I am able to care for pets in my home but only one pet at a time since I live in an apartment. I am available to drive to client’s homes to care for their pets.
