“Louisa was very flexible with my schedule and so easy to communicate with. We did a meet and greet and the following day she watch my old boy Tucker for an hour. He has separation anxiety and I was worried he would do well, but Louisa sat right down with him and kept him company, and let him stroll around when he needed.
