Kelly knew this, was patient, kind, and smart, and eventually the cats grew to know she was the 'food person!' and warmed more to her. She also took the extra time to feed them in their hiding places for the first few days as they were so nervous. She communicated every single visit, with photos and a recap of the visit. Really, really did a great job! Kind, gentle, caring, loving, and through. You can book her with confidence your pets will get the care they deserve. But, if you don't mind, don't book her when we need her next! :P”
