“My daughter’s service dog had major surgery on his CCL. We always have to be aware of his training so as not to do anything that would damage the bond between my daughter and him. He is sensitive due to his work / seizure alert, balance work, behavior disruption and deep pressure. Since he is 100 pounds, we needed help a couple of times a day. Wendy was amazing. She jumped in to help us get him safely out and back in his first week post surgery - she worked with him with gentleness and sensitivity. Wendy was always there on time.
