“Mandy was a lifesaver for our family today! My dogs were being challenging with another pet sitter who came early, despite this Mandy showed up cheerfully and willing to tackle the challenge. My dogs were happy and got in a solid afternoon walk. She sent us really sweet photos and was very communicative. You can tell she knows dog breeds well and was able to accommodate my herding dogs instincts. I would highly recommend her to others.”

About: I’ve had 3 black labs in my lifetime- all over 100lbs, & taken care of my grandma’s dog- who is about 15lbs. I’ve had lots of experience walking, feeding, caring for all kinds of dogs! At the my parents house at the moment, we have an 3 year-old & a 10 year-old dog, so I am comfortable & knowledgeable on taking care of young pups or older dogs. I absolutely love dogs, as my dogs at home are my little babies! I’m looking forward to getting that dog interaction and love while at school through dog sitting and walking! I do have class everyday during the days, so dog sitting during the week might be hard. The weekends are always very chill for me, so I can also devote a lot of time to dog sitting on those days as well!:) In my parents home, we practically cherish our dogs like they’re another child. We spend a lot of time with them outside & playing with them! We like to keep our dogs very active- & I intend to do that with the dogs I sit as well! Of course, if the dog is older there won’t be quite as much activity… but still lots of pets & love!

“Olive is my go-to dog and cat sitter. I have two Labrador Retrievers and two Maine Coon cats. My labs love her--she stays overnight (and lets the dogs cuddle in bed with her, which is their preference), walks the dogs, plays with them, and feeds the dogs and cats according to schedule. Olive's mother is my vet--which leaves me to believe that Olive knows how to manage and handle dogs by osmosis! She is very dependable, leaves my home tidier than it was when I left, and communicates with me (texts and photos) while I am away.”

About: Although I’ve never owned a cat, I love all animals and have experience cat sitting for my best friend and other pet owners in the area. About: I’ve lived with and grown up with dogs my whole life. I love spending time with them and exercising with them. Id love the opportunity to get to know your dog and walk them or run with them outside, take them on hikes, and give them all the love, care, and affection they need. I am in medical school currently so I would have to work around my schedule. That being said I can be flexible and I have no doubt we can work something out I have a huge yard and nearby woods that dogs love to explore. My roommates love dogs and i have my own space in my apartment the dogs will love

We had a few rotations of sitters to cover the several weeks we were gone (family and a neighbor), and Valerie was definitely the most experienced of them all. Our one cat takes a pill daily, and while he takes it just fine for his mom, he wasn't taking it for the sitters. Valerie came up with safe, creative ways to get him to take his pill. She also left wonderfully detailed check-in notes and was very communicative. We'd highly recommend her if you want peace of mind that someone experienced and compassionate is taking care of your fur children!”
