“I honestly don’t know what I would do without Rebecca! She has been looking after my dog for a while now and she is one of the most caring and reliable people I’ve ever met. She’s patient, loving, and truly understands how to make dogs feel safe and happy and goes above and beyond for my little one. She doesn’t just take him for a quick walk, she gives him the time and attention he needs, making sure he gets plenty of exercise, playtime, and cuddles. Whether it's a long stroll through the park, playing fetch until he’s completely worn out, or just giving him extra belly rubs when he's in a cuddly mood (which he always is!!!) He absolutely loves her and the second he hears her name his tail starts wagging like crazy, and he runs to the door in excitement. That alone tells me everything I need to know!! One time when I had to leave for a last minute work trip I was really panicking about finding someone I trusted to watch him and Rebecca didn’t even hesitate and stepped in, stayed overnight and sent me updates the entire time, including pictures of him curled up beside her and I could tell he was completely at ease which meant everything to me. Another time, I came home to find that not only had Rebecca taken amazing care of my pup, but she had also taken the initiative to wipe down his muddy paws (which he always somehow manages to get covered in dirt!!!) and even refilled his water bowl without me asking. It’s those little thoughtful things that make such a huge difference to me.”

“Karina has stayed in our home and looked after our two cats on two separate occasions, both of which were fairly long sits (between 10-12 days each). Her communication before the sit has always been great and she takes all the information you give her about your home and pets very seriously. Whilst we were away she gave us daily updates on how the cats were doing so we never needed to worry about them and also updated us if there was any thing we thought might be worth knowing e.g. one of the cats had been sick (he was fine but it was nice to know she was being open about all details). Personality wise, Karina is a bundle of energy and you can tell animals mean the world to her. I felt very happy knowing they would be in her care and that if they needed any help she would be able to provide that. We came home to a clean house and two really happy cats - this is why we invited her back the second time!”

I have experience with both young and senior cats and I have owned and cared for 2 cats within my family too. “I asked Trafford for visits during 2 days I was away. Trafford was very kind, flexible and attentive with my dog - a large swiss shepherd. He slipt some visits hours and came back more often to check on him. He waited my dog to finish eating, made sure the area was clean and there was always water and he also played with my dog in the garden! He even came back for him to have a wee before bedtime! He respected the rule of "house toys" and "garden toys" not mixing up and respected my home! My travel was peaceful and my dog was happy. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!”
