She was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure to follow all of our instructions regarding my dog being deaf and her mobility requirements. It did feel like she has a genuine love for animals and a deep understanding of how to care for senior pets. I always, because of my dog's age ask for and receive regular updates via text and photos I do recommend Jana if you are looking for a compassionate and responsible pet sitter for older dogs who need a bit of attention.”

“Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Cindy is! I have a very anxious chihuahua mix with a lot of social issues, and I needed to find someone to watch her during a long upcoming trip. I reached out to Cindy, who was kind enough to do a meet and greet session with us to get to know my dog. She was SO patient with my grumbly dog, and so we tried a day board next, with Cindy sending me a very thorough questionnaire to fill out so she could find out even more about my pup’s weird quirks and habits. I was so impressed with her attention to detail. Within minutes of being at Cindy’s home, my dog went from whiney to lovey and relaxed, and even gave Cindy lots of kisses and spent a good portion of the day sitting in Cindy’s lap. Cindy spent lots of time with her and sent me a ton of photo updates to calm my nerves. When I went to pick her up at the end of the day it was clear she had formed quite an attachment to Cindy- Cindy even gave her a little Mickey plush as we said goodbye! We can’t wait to board with Cindy again, and I’m so relieved we’ve found a dogsitter is who patient, communicative, and responsible! Thank you, Cindy!”
