“Leslie is a true dog person. She took good care of our German Shepard while we were away. She had loads of dog toys, comfortable places for her to sleep... even the couch and seemed to treat her as she would her own dog. She kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout the day.”

About: I enjoy taking care of animals and making sure they are happy. I love taking pets for walks and playing with them when needed. I have two of my own that I love very much. One is small sized dog, and the other is a medium sized dog. I have also been watching a family friends dogs for years. I currently am working part time. I work when I am scheduled which can be any day throughout the week. The hours I work work well with me and my dogs as I usually work 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., or 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. With that I lots of time to still take care of pets! I take my dogs for daily walks (weather permitted) and I will take the dogs into my back yard where there is a field behind me where they play. I make sure to watch them carefully. I care for other individuals pets with what they feel comfortable with.

About: I have patience and enjoy animals. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs from newborn until old age, and find joy and happiness being around animals. I’ve attended trainings on how to handle dogs and put my German Shephard through agility training most,y because he loved it but it did help with following commands too. My pet care style is nurturing and loving. I also am able to manage high energy dogs. I am retired and have lots of time to love on all animals. I have a large fenced yard and live across the street from an open park and am less than 1/2 mile from Lake Erie. I also have a cat so need to be sure a dog is cat friendly.

About: I was raised on a farm and have raised and taken care of a wide variety of animals. I have experience with puppies and older dogs Pet care is already a daily part of my routine as I have 3 of my own dogs. I have a huge yard to wander and play.
