I do not have a fenced in yard and would require a lease and harness for them to be taken out. This would make me feel better as nothing would happen to them. I live by a stop sign so cars do not come by fast but they do go by right in front of the house. I have trained my dogs to go nowhere near the front yard for safety reasons.

About: After being born into a family with 5 dogs, I was basically destined to love animals! I raised my first puppy at age 15 and haven't been without a dog of my own since. I worked at a dog boarding facility from 2020-2023 where my responsibilities included intake assessments, daily feedings, medication administration, managing multi-dog runs, and anything else the dogs could need in a day. If you have a reactive pup, I understand the struggle. My own fur-baby, Kazoo, has struggled with fear-reactivity since he was young. Over the years we have worked hard and made tons of progress! Whatever your four-pawed family member needs, I am ready to accommodate and work with you both! My schedule fluctuates at the moment since I'm finishing my BSN at ECU. However, I am almost always available on the weekends and have several days a week free to spend with your pup! With my previous experience caring for other people's dogs while they are away, I understand the trust that goes into hiring someone for this job. I pride myself on my courteousness when invited into someone's home and caring for other dogs like they are my own. From hikes and adventures to some one-on-one attention and cuddles, whatever your dog needs I am happy to provide. I just love spending time with dogs! If you are interested in having your dog taken to a dog park, we will have to discuss that on a case-by-case basis; I have had several bad experiences and wouldn't want to risk any pet's safety!

About: I’ve been pet sitting and volunteering at kennels/shelters since I was in middle school. I have been responsible for feeding, walking, bathing, etc. I have watched older pets, as well as ones with medical needs. I have watched cats, dogs, bunnies, geckos/lizards, and birds.
