“Kelly has taken care of our puppy at her home for several days. She is a thoughtful, kind and loving caretaker. I was very nervous about leaving our pup with someone the first time. However, he was treated to a few days of fun, exercise and socialization and enjoyed his stay. Kelly sent frequent pictures and texts throughout his stay. We needed a sitter again for the day and i didn’t hesitate to call on Kelly. Our pup was very happy to see her again. We highly recommend!”

“My Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Arrow, is a hunting dog through and through—needs to run, stretch his legs, and burn off that energy. Kathleen makes sure he gets all the exercise he needs, and he always comes back happy, well-fed, and lookin’ like he just had the best day ever. Then there’s Doug, my American Bulldog. He’s a good boy, but he’s had his fair share of… “indoor mishaps.” And he doesn’t always play nice with other dogs. But somehow, Kathleen’s got him safely visiting dog parks and, believe it or not, he’s had way fewer accidents. Didn’t think an old dog could learn new tricks, but Kathleen proved me wrong. If you need someone who truly knows and loves dogs, Kathleen’s the one. She’s done wonders for mine, and I couldn’t recommend her more! Just don't take her job away too much, I need her for my pups!”

“Lucy has cared for our dogs (cats and other farm animals) for more than 10 years. We entirely trust her. Our last dog, Harvey, a lab/hound mix, was sometimes aggressive with other dogs. Lucy worked well with him in a controlled and save manner. Our current dog, Denali, a hound mix, could not be friendlier and more laid-back - although he sometimes likes to chase squirrels. While on walks, Lucy uses dog treats to reinforce his behavior and keep him close at hand. You will find Lucy to be straightforward and easy to talk with. As a former kindergarten teacher, Lucy is dependable, caring and fun. We highly recommend her and appreciate all that she has done for us - and our dogs.”

“I am so grateful I found her! My new work schedule was so hectic and I was exhausted when I returned home. Long walks with my Yorkie (9) and Yorkie-Palm (1) turned to us just standing in the front yard. I knew it wasn't enough. I knew I needed help, my dogs deserved more. That's when I reached out for help and came across Sky in her eye profile. I was nervous at first because I am really protective of my Yorkies. She arrived on time and communicated with me the whole time she is with my pets, which was very important to me. They absolutely adore her! She is loving and patient with my older Yorkie, but also fun and energetic with my pup. I'm also grateful that I can trust her to watch my pets when I have to go out of town. My dogs are not neutered so they don't have many options when it comes to pet hotels. You can tell she has a lot of knowledge about caring for dogs, but what I love is her friendly attitude and the passion she has for what she does. Thanks to her my dogs are well taken care of when I am away and also get the right amount of exercise on the days I don't have the energy to give them the walk they deserve. About: There is nothing I love more in this world than animals! I have been an avid animal lover and advocate since I was a little girl, when I knew I wanted to be a vet. I spent two years in Texas rescuing cats and dogs and delivering them to safe, happy forever homes. Before I left Texas I worked for VIP Pet Care as an animal care assistant. When I moved to Washington I worked at the NOAH Center in the cat wing as an animals care assistant. I have experience with both cats and dogs of all ages, including special needs animals. I have experience administering medicine, oral or topical, as well as training on animal behavior. I look forward to meeting, caring for, and loving the pets of Jefferson! I am currently a stay at home mom with a new baby so my availability is wide open. We love little outings and going on walks, and having a furry friend to tag along would be perfect. Keeping pets comfortable in their own environment is very important to me. I would be careful to keep their schedule, whatever it may be, and to keep them happy with my presence in their home.
