Upon meeting Julie and her 3 resident pups, I could see that she had a love for these special dogs and that Loki would be well cared for. I was worried that he would not want to engage. Before I could get to my appt., I received videos of Loki playing with her dogs. It warmed my heart to see him this happy. Julie is extremely knowledgable about dogs, especially the needs of a rescue dog.
