April was professional and prompt in communication and sent doggie report cards each day with pictures! She was super accommodating with our special hours for pick up and drop off. My boy had never stayed with anyone but us but he did wonderful with her! Leah sent pictures and updates on how he was doing. “This was our first time leaving Rocky with Gail. She is a very nice and friendly person. She has a quiet home (just like ours), so our boy was very comfortable with her. She also had plenty of fenced yard for our dog to run in. Lastly, this reservation was only for daycare, but Gail still sent us a couple of photos so we knew Rocky was doing well. “I have only amazing things to say about Jen and the knowledge and training she has. The experience our family had with her helping our dog was impressive and effective. Our rescue, Nova, had a rough start in life and was all over the place with her behavior. Jen came into our home and assessed Nova, then offered her help. She took Nova to her home for 7 days and when she came home we had a much better dog. She also gave us the knowledge, tools and guidance to keep her progress ongoing. She was always friendly, patient and eager to answers questions. She sent us pictures and progress messages while Nova was in her care. Very pleased! Definitely would recommend!”
