“My good friend Carissa was wonderful with my 5 month old Frenchie Koda for 2 weeks while I was out of town! He just had surgery on his leg 2 weeks prior to me traveling and I do not prefer to board him, especially after surgery, so I asked Carissa to watch him while I was away. I needed to travel for an important work commitment I could not miss and I was very worried about having someone care for him. He needed to take medicine that she did great in giving to him and she also had to make sure he was not too active so his leg could heal. He also had a specific feeding schedule with prescription food and was allergic to chicken which she watched out for. She sent me lots of pictures, videos, and updates on how he was doing that made me feel a lot better. When I took him to the vet for his post surgery checkup he was healing wonderfully which was such a relief. I would recommend her to anyone based on her quality care, communication, and experience with many pets!”

About: i’ve always had animals in my household so i am very familiar with how pets communicate and interact. i’ve been working in the pet industry for two years now and i understand animal behavior very well. i’m able to tell if animals are stressed, sick, injured, and anything else. i have training in breaking up dogs fights and general animal handling. i can do basic training as well, so i can continue any training that is currently being done with the dog. i have 2 dogs and 4 cats myself so i am quite equipped to deal with anything. i can give any medicine or special care since half of the animals i’ve had have been special needs rescues. i am not afraid of animals nor am i afraid of getting hurt by one, it’s simply part of the job. one of my biggest focuses is making sure pets are happy and healthy! i have open availability as of now! pet care is something that i’m always doing since i have many myself, it’s simply a part of my daily routine. your pet being happy is my number one priority! every pet is different so i would make sure i fit the needs of each animal.
