11. Kevonna G.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, for the past twelve years. My family has always had pets, so I was always getting hands-on experience from the puppy stage up to the senior stage. Currently, I am a college student and I take online classes, so as of right now I have a free schedule. I can do walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, as well as overnight stays. I live with my parents, and they have two dogs that I take care of while they work. We live in the country, so our yard is not fenced in. When I visit my clients' homes they usually have fenced-in yards, and their pets are normally in crates or kennels.
12. Samantha B.
“I first met Sam for a few years ago, and she has been in the animal care business longer than that. I am in a similar line of work, and whatever I didn't know back then I learned from her. Sam's knowledge and expertise extends beyond simple pet care, her animal first responder training (including animal CPR) helps set her apart from others. I have personally witnessed Sam responding to a canine emergency, her calm demeanor and efficiency helped to diffuse the situation and get the injured dog the care it needed. My dog has aggression issues, so I rarely opt to board him in other dog households. With her training and knowledge of canine behavior, Sam is the only person I know I can trust to keep my dog (and her own!) safe and anxiety free should I need go board him while I am away. Plus, dogs LOVE Sam!”
