About: I have taken care of family/neighbor pets my whole upbringing, I also have a dog and cat of my own! I have an extremely energetic 2 year old husky and a rambunctious orange cat. Although it’s a lot of work, taking care of animals is very fun and rewarding to me. Currently, I am looking for part time employment. I have a very open schedule for the summer season. I’m taking a few online classes for college, but with that comes a lot of flexibility! I will treat your pet as it was my own, I have plenty of crates/accessories for your pets comfort needs. Having animals myself I know what it takes to fit all their needs.

“I wanted to let anyone needing the perfect sitter for their pet that Kandi hits all the marks!! I have booked her services multiple times over the last two years in many capacities. I have a large German Shepherd that I can't always take with me. My work requires long hours and even with a doggie door Merlin needs people attention! Kandi has spent lots of hours with Merlin, to include vacations, 2 to 3 hour stays on long shifts, or taking him on walks and even staying overnight on occasion. She has come to the rescue when I needed her unexpectedly and even took him to my vet when I was unable! She loves Merlin as if he was her own and Merlin loves both her and her daughter and German Shepherds do not give their loyalty easily. Merlin and I could not manage without her!”

About: My love for animals started at an early age and then progressed when I volunteered at animal shelters! Furthering that passion I then decided to join the animal hospital of Waynesville’s team to continue my education in becoming a vet tech! I am fear free certified and use that special approach/technique when pet sitting. I work full time so my schedule varies weekly, but weekends I have the most availability! I am pretty flexible and local to the Waynesville area. I prefer not to keep any pets in my home due to my own critters. About: Hi! I’m Emily. I grew up for most of my life fostering dogs with my family, we had dogs from a variety of situations and gave them love they needed. I continued dog walking and pet sitting throughout college. I have many years of experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I do not currently have a dog of my own due to lack of time that a puppy needs to be properly trained, but I do live with an amazing German Shepherd. I love to hike and stay active. About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and have experience with all breeds and sizes. I'm an active walker and with your permission, would love to take your fur baby out and about for much needed exercise and fun. If your fur baby is the quiet type, I can accommodate that with a low stress environment too. I am available 7-days a week and will work around your schedule. My primary goal is to provide the loving care that you yourself provide for your pet. I have a large, mostly shaded and partially fenced backyard. Pups are never left outside unattended. If your pet is not up to walking level fitness, I will care for them per your instructions. Play time is available in lieu of walking if you like. If you need care for your pet while you go on your own adventure for the day where Fido is not permitted, I can provide potty, walk and exercise breaks for the time you are away. I'm a retired high school teacher and can make time for your pets seven days a week. I'm pretty flexible so working out a schedule to suit your needs is my top priority. All care and dog walking is done in your home or neighborhood. If walking is too strenuous for your pup, fun play time is offered instead.
