“Stacey and Daniel are very friendly. They arranged meet and greet for us before the stay which gave us lots of confidence to leave Phoenix with them. Phoenix is very yuppy and cheeky. They are very patient with him. Phoenix was well looked after and returned home happily. We will definitely book with them again when we go on holiday.“

“We are over the moon to have found Charlotte - she is the first person our 3 year old miniature dachshund (Monty - who is very clingy!) has boarded with. Charlotte made sure he was cuddled and loved as if he was at home and Monty settled well. “Leanne was amazing with Campo. She treated him like an absolute prince and kept us informed all weekend. He’s come back to us absolutely knackered - he especially loved playing on the trampoline in the garden. It was lovely catching up with Leanne afterwards and laughing about all of Campo’s little personality traits - she was so attentive and caring of him. We have had trial weekends with other boarders before and not felt comfortable enough to move forward with them but we feel completely at ease leaving Campo in Leanne’s care for our holiday in July. “Andy and Vicky were great throughout. They kept us updated regularly with photos and both our dogs felt comfortable and happy at their house for a few days. Andy met up for a walk and a second visit at his house before our dogs’ stay. This was really helpful and reassured us that our anxious dog Piper would be happy and settled at Andy’s. “Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Claudia - she is friendly, professional and her love and experience in caring for dogs just shines through! Our Labrador Rosco took to Claudia very quickly on the meet and greets before he stayed over (and he can quite aloof with people he doesn't know!) so I felt really confident that he would be happy and well looked after while we were away for 4 nights. Claudia was brilliant at sending us little updates of how much fun they were having together in the day and how settled he was in the evenings - the peace of mind that Rosco was having his own little holiday while Claudia accommodated his usual routine (sorry for the 6am breakfasts!) meant we could relax and enjoy our break. Rosco would definitely like to come and stay again soon! xx“

After a really bad experience they have put my mind at rest and made me realise there are some really special humans out there! “We was so anxious about leaving our 15 year old King Charles Shitzu cross as we have never left him with anyone who wasn’t family but we needn’t be as Kirsty ensured that it was home from home for him. She ensured that he was kept to his routine, and kept up with his medication. She was attentive and ensured she understood every small detail in his personality and needs. She sent us twice daily pupdates accompanied with photos and videos to give us piece of mind and we were relaxed on holiday knowing that he was cared for and loved.
