“Susana is very friendly and lovely. She agreed to take our dog at short notice and was flexible with drop off/pick up times. She sent us pictures throughout so we were confident our dog was happy and cared for at all times. We were worried leaving him as he can get a bit anxious. 5 stars! “Leah was amazing, she sent us lots of pictures and videos and kept us posted on how things were progressing, she made us feel that our dog was in safe hands and we could enjoy our time away. Our dog was calm, happy and relaxed when we picked him up and was also very clean ! She bathed him cause he got very muddy after their adventures. When we picked Mochi up, he was his usual happy self, so I know that his stay with Sooyash was comfortable. In general, Sooyash and his partner were both so lovely. As Rosie is an older dog and we'd not been away from her in quite some time, myself and my husband were so very anxious about her stay overnight. But with their wonderful understanding they have put our minds at ease, with a walk at 1st to meet Rosie, then a little visit to our house for Rosie to really get to know them. On the sleepover itself they sent pictures of Rosie all settled and little updates that all helped us feel relaxed and certain Rosie was all good.
