Poppy is adorable and very playful too and I’m sure they all got up to mischief throughout the day. I highly recommend Leona and Glen and will definitely be using them again soon.”

About: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life, starting with hamsters and guinea pigs as a child to now owning my own special little dachshund! He has had a nervous personality since a pup so I am very experienced with dealing with this around new people and other animals. I feel it’s made me very aware of dogs behaviours, good and not so good! Alongside this, I have always looked after and cared for friends and family’s pets when needed, both dogs and cats. I am currently working full time, however I am free most Friday afternoons to Sunday evenings to help when needed! I can’t offer drop ins during the week, however more than happy to offer pet sitting, walks and drop ins on the days listed above. I have a fenced garden in my home and my own dog that lives with me. However if you needed your pet to be the only one during their stay or walk, I can also accommodate this! My own dog is crate trained so I am experienced with handling this and can accommodate it.

About: Experienced with dogs and cats, we are animal lovers who enjoy looking after animals and making sure that all their needs are met. Dogs are able to roam freely in the house and have access to a fully enclosed garden. Within the house they will have the company of our mini pinscher and 2 cats, and lots of toys to ply with. We also have excellent access to large park and grass areas. I go on at least 1 long walk daily and several shorter ones, allowing lots of exercise for energetic dogs. I am home most Fridays and we are able to care for your pet for the weekend or during public holidays or common holiday periods. At times my work schedule may also allow me to be free for other periods, which will be advertised on the calendar. We have a dully enclosed garden that your dog can relax in, as well as having freedom to roam the house. They will have the company of our mini pinscher and our two cats.

“Ben was very good with Basil, who is a nervous, stubborn bull terrier who doesn't like new things. He even managed to get Basil out for lots of walks. It is obvious Ben loves dogs and is very knowledgeable and patient. I loved receiving videos & photos which eased my mind. I have already booked a longer stay.”

“Danyal looked after my dog Neptune with such attentive care and love. He took time to meet me before hand and joined me on a walk so Neptune could meet him for the first time. He managed to control him brilliantly on the walks which is a skill in itself as he is a very energetic hunting dog. He kept me updated with pictures and videos every day and I would highly recommend Danyal to anyone looking to give their dog a loving home if they are going away for a period of time.”

About: I have grown up, lived around and looked after dogs and cats my whole life. I live in Old Portsmouth, a great location for walking and getting out of the house. I also work from home so easy to do house visits, pet would never be alone and flexible around the pets routine. I work from home so very flexible and adaptable. It’s easy for me to fit around a pet’s routine. I am never away from home for very long so pet is very rarely alone and/or can easily work from home owners house. I work from home so adapt to pet’s routine and will follow owners instructions. I can work from the home owners house with my laptop too. Additionally I have an easy flexi time routine that I can use as and when.

About: I have had dogs all my life in my family. I now have my own 2 dogs, one is a high energy 6 year old gsp who we’ve had from a puppy and have done extensive training with and the second is a Cypriot rescue pocket pointer with one eye who came to us October 2021. I adore animals and dogs especially. As an owner I know how daunting it can be to leave your pet with someone else and how hard it can be to find a reliable person to take care of them so will do everything I can to meet their needs and make them and you happy! I work term time only so have lots of availability in the school holidays but also on evenings and weekends. I can do walks during term time but likely can only have dogs boarding during the school holidays I have a fenced in garden and 2 friendly and socialised dogs. One is a 5 year old German short-haired pointer and then other is a 6 year old pocket (mini) pointer who has lost one eye. She is very confident and loves dogs so that doesn’t stand in her way. Dogs are allowed on all furniture but I will stick to the rules they are used to at home. I am 5 minutes from the park and 10 from the beach so they will get lots of lovely walks
